I have enjoyed exploring my life through the written words. 

Writing has given me an avenue for self expression, a tool to manage my emotions and feelings, a friend, a confidant and a platform to create. Writing has also enabled me to plan my lessons, track my progress, set goals and intent, understand my self more deeply. 

And now I wish to share this gift with others having completed a course at Wales and online with Poetry Therapist Victoria Field and Graham Harthill.
